Job Title: Mechanical Site Piping SupervisorLocation:Dublin, Ireland (starting off)Department:Site Operations / ConstructionReports To:Mechanical EngineerJob Overview:My client has an immediate opening for an experienced Piping Supervisor to lead the on-site execution of their large-scale industrial projectsStrong Plumbing & Commercial backgroundThe successful candidate will possess a strong mechanical engineering background and a proven track record of supervising complex piping system installations, while driving a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency on site.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the installation, fabrication, and maintenance of piping systems on-site.Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to plan and execute piping work.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.Manage daily site activities, including scheduling crews, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any technical or operational issues.Oversee procurement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.Maintain accurate records of work performed, personnel, and materials used.Provide training, guidance, and support to site personnel.Coordinate with other trades and disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.Requirements:Education: Level 6 advanced Certificate or related discipline.Experience: Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role within piping installation, preferably in commercial industry.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.Strong Plumbing & Commercial backgroundFamiliarity with industrial piping applications.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Proficiency in site coordination and project management tools.Certifications:Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Working at heights, abrasive wheels are mandatory and other relevant site safety certifications.Additional qualifications in welding, pipefitting, or mechanical systems are a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for career progression within a growing company.International travel with projects in the UK & EuropeTraining and development support.If interested in this position, please apply with your CV by email tofor more information
