Operations Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Galway. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of hotel operations, ensuring service excellence across all departments.
This is a central role within the property, focusing on operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and strong team management.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior hotel leadership role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
* Financial awareness and experience with budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
* Must be living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments
2. Lead and support department managers in F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services
3. Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through continuous service improvement
4. Implement and monitor operational standards, SOPs, and quality controls
5. Drive team performance through leadership, coaching, and performance management
