Ryanair is currently recruiting for the role of Front of House Training Instructor to join Europe' Largest Airline Group
The Role: The successful candidates will be energetic and committed, able to work on their own initiative while also being an integral part of our team.
Duties will include but are not limited to;
Training delivery to staff and ground handling agents in Dublin Airport and across Ryanair's extensive network of 200+ airports
Develop and update lesson plans, training materials and instructor materials to comply with legislative requirements and company procedures and objectives
Assist with planning and scheduling of training requirements to relevant divisions through Ryanair's network
Coordinate and conduct initial and recurrent training courses using various delivery methods such as classroom, online, and practical training
Capable of identifying and resolving course/lesson deficiencies
Be an integral part of an operational response team, leading the launch of new airports and bases, driving improvement in underperforming locations and assisting ground handling partners where operationally require.
Conduct system testing and identify potential barriers to user efficiency
Ensure good communication and professional working relationships with colleagues and Managers.
Identify poor performing airports and address with the local base manager
Requirements
Previous airport or Ground Operations experience
Effective planning, organization and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel
Discounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinations
20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service.
Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year
