We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer sales orders, confirm order price and delivery dates, and agree turnaround time
* Chase and follow up on estimated arrival times from the purchasing team and advise customers with updates
* Manage back orders to strict deadlines
* Deal with all customer queries to the required standard
* Support the customer service, technical support, and showroom teams with other customer requirements when necessary
Requirements: Proven experience dealing with customer queries, excellent customer facing, telephone, and electronic communication skills, ability to solve problems under pressure, well-organized, and attention to detail.
