Job Opportunity: Senior Cost Planner
* We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Planner to join our team in Quantity Surveying Services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work under the direction of a Divisional Manager on various construction projects.
* Undertake pre-contract duties and collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals.
* Contribute to exciting high-rise residential schemes, hotels, and mixed-use developments with major infrastructure works.
Requirements:
* A minimum of five years' experience as a PQS/Main Contractor/Developer is required.
* The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in IT software such as Buildsoft-Cubit, Cost-ex, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
* The successful applicant will be methodical, detail-oriented, and accurate in their work.
* They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with people at all levels.
