This role plays a key part in managing the procurement, movement, and availability of materials for fibre network build.You will work closely with project managers, site teams & suppliers, to ensure efficient purchasing processes, accurate stock control, and reliable delivery to site and warehouse locations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage purchasing activities, including raising purchase orders, supplier coordination, and order trackingSource, evaluate, and manage suppliers, including price negotiation and performance monitoringCoordinate logistics and delivery of materials to sites and warehouses across EuropeMonitor inventory levels and support effective stock control to minimise shortages, delays, and excess stockForecast material requirements in line with project schedules and operational demandMaintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and delivery records within the inventory systemsResolve delivery, quality, or supply issues in collaboration with suppliers and internal teamsSupport cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with company procurement policies, health & safety standards, and best practicesRequirements3–5 years' experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, or procurement(experience in construction, telecoms, utilities, or infrastructure is a strong advantage)Strong understanding of purchasing processes, inventory management, and logistics coordinationExperience using purchasing/inventory management systemsExcellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and analytical capabilityProficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business toolsDesirableExperience supporting fibre, telecoms, or infrastructure projectsKnowledge of Irish suppliers, couriers, and logistics providersQualification in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related disciplineWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageCareer progression opportunities within a growing infrastructure businessCollaborative and supportive team environmentDublin-based role with exposure to nationwide and global projectsJob Type: Full-timePay: From €18.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 39 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site gymOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
