Senior PLC Engineer – Beckhoff Experience – Permanent contract

We are looking for Mid-Senior PLC Engineers with Beckhoff experience to join a medical, energy and pharmaceutical sector project, working in a highly technical and agile environment.

About the Project
You will be part of an international and distributed team composed of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, collaborating in the design and development of automated solutions.
Location: On-site work in Waterford, Ireland.
Duration: Permanent contract with the client.
Technologies: Beckhoff PLC, TwinCAT, industrial automation solutions.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement automation solutions using Beckhoff PLC.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design innovative solutions.
* Maintain and improve existing control systems.
Requirements
* Minimum of +3 years of experience developing solutions with Beckhoff PLC.
* Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate in international teams.
* Experience in industrial automation and control environments.
* Availability to work on-site in Waterford, Ireland.
* Fluent English for communication with international teams.
Conditions
* Permanent contract directly with the client.
* Accommodation provided during the first month.
* Salary: €50k-60k reviews at 6 and 12 months.
Selection Process:
* Technical evaluation on Beckhoff PLC.
* Technical interview with the project team.
