The Stewarding Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the department, in alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. This position assists the Stewarding Manager in ensuring the stewarding team operates effectively and economically, providing essential support to all operating departments, delivering services across the property, and managing the inventory of operating equipment.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in stewarding or kitchen operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
* Solid understanding of sanitation protocols, cleaning agents, and safety procedures.
* Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and foster a positive work environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Basic verbal proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-temperature environment.
