Galway Area Role Overview: Reporting to the Store Manager, this is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the store.
Shift hours will be determined based on the needs of the business, following a 5 over 7 roster.
Role Synopsis: As the Assistant Store Manager, you will contribute to achieving the store's KPIs.
You will oversee, control, and monitor the smooth operation of the store.
Working with the Store Manager, you will manage all controllable costs to stay within budget.
This role requires delivering an effective operational and sales-focused approach to store management and team development.
The successful candidate will support succession planning and proactively promote team development across various cross-functional areas within the store.
