Key Responsibilities *Experience in packaging testing (vibration, compression, temperature control etc.) an advantage. *Maintain accurate organization and secure storage of samples, adhering to all safety and compliance requirements to protect staff and preserve sample quality. *Testing & Validation: Ability to conduct packaging tests and analyze results against acceptance criteria. *Support the planning and prioritisation of the testing schedule. *Follow customer protocols to ensure objectives were clearly defined and appropriate testing methods were applied. *Implement and monitor quality control systems to support standardized testing processes and procedures. *Project Management: Skills in managing project timelines, costs, and logistics. *Support testing and test-related project activities in coordination with global teams. *Demonstrated experience in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical packaging design development is desirable but not essential. *Demonstrated experience in resolving design and process related packaging issues on commercial products. *Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with strict deadlines *Mathematical skills including ratios, proportions, basic algebra. *Teamwork: Collaborates with others. Works in a professional manner to support team actions. *PC experience and working familiarity of common desktop applications including Excel and Word. *Strategic Thinker for dynamic creative environment. *Execute problem solving techniques related to design. *Interest in packaging innovations and materials. Education & Qualifications Degree in Packaging, Industrial, Mechanical engineering, or applicable technical field. 2+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry desirable Skills: Testing design packaging
