We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and innovation to our customers, and we are now seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team on a maternity cover contract.The RoleReporting to the Dealer Principal and working closely with the Sales and Aftersales teams, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating all marketing and communications activity for JJ Burke Car Sales. This role is ideal for a creative and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, radio, and local media.Manage the company's website and ensure content is up to date, engaging, and SEO-friendly.Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms to grow engagement and brand awareness.Coordinate dealership events, sponsorships, and community partnerships.Liaise with manufacturer partners (Peugeot, Renault, Dacia, Volvo) to ensure brand compliance and maximise support opportunities.Design and produce marketing collateral (flyers, posters, digital assets) in line with brand guidelines.Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports on KPIs, lead generation, and ROI.Support Sales and Aftersales teams with promotions, customer communications, and showroom materials.Manage PR activity, including drafting press releases and liaising with local media.Contribute ideas to enhance JJ Burke Car Sales' brand visibility and customer experience.Key RequirementsDegree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.3+ years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail, automotive, or agency.Strong digital marketing skills including social media management, content creation, and analytics.Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite or similar).Excellent communication, copywriting, and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.A full clean driver's licence is an advantage.What We OfferOpportunity to work with a progressive, award-winning dealership.A supportive team environment in a family-run business.Hands-on experience across all areas of marketing and events.Competitive salary based on experience.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed termContract length: 12 monthsPay: €30,000.00-€38,000.00 per yearExperience:Marketing: 3 years (required)Language:English (required)Work Location: In person
