Senior UI/UX Designer – Highly Regulated Industry

We're seeking a Senior Designer to join a R&D team, creating innovative embedded user interfaces for hardware-based medical devices. You'll shape end-to-end user experiences from concept through delivery, ensuring designs meet both regulatory requirements and real-world usability standards.
What You'll Do
* Lead UI design for complex embedded medical device interfaces.
* Apply user-centred design principles and usability best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple programmes.
* Mentor and guide a growing UXD team (currently 4 designers).
* Create and deliver UI specifications, wireframes, workflows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Axure and Figma.
Experience
* 7+ years in Interaction/UI/UX Design, ideally in medical devices or regulated industries.
* Experience with hardware and embedded products as well as digital platforms.
* Expertise in Axure and Figma, with strong portfolio of complex interface work.
* Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate closely with developers.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
