Job Title: Respite Service Manager
Job Description:
This role involves overseeing the respite service to ensure high-quality care and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing allocated resources, implementing management systems, and ensuring safe and effective service delivery.
* A key aspect of this position is provision of a high-quality, modern respite service at full occupancy throughout the year.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) registration or CORU registration with a Social Care (Honours) Degree.
* At least three years' experience in a management role, preferably in respite services.
* Excellent computer literacy, information technology skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
