Location:
candidates will be working remotely in South Dublin.
Ideally candidates will be located within a close travel time, as the role requires you to survey within the South Dublin area.

The Role
We have a highly skilled team of Building Inspectors who complete technical reports in line with the Building and Housing (Standards for Rented Houses) Regulations ****.
The Building Inspector team is responsible for carrying out inspections on private rented properties to ensure they meet the required Building Regulations and Housing Standards reporting in line with requirements of the contract.
The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador for Global Home Warranties Ltd, representing our high standards of professionalism and service.
