As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and experiencedOffice Managerto join our team in Maynooth. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Role OverviewThe Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office. The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in a similar role, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to support day-to-day HR administration. You will work closely with management and site teams to support operations across the business.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organised, professional working environmentProvide administrative support to senior management and project teamsManage correspondence, documentation, and filing systemsMaintain and update company databases, reports, and recordsCoordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangementsAssist with HR administration including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and liaising with payrollSupport health & safety compliance through document control and reportingLiaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners as requiredHandle general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipmentRequirements:Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience with HR administration is highly desirableExcellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and support multiple stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approachPrevious experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not essentialWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageA supportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunities for professional development and career growthThe chance to be part of a well-established and respected companyHow to ApplyPlease send us a copy of your CV and we will be in contact to discuss the role further.We look forward to hearing from you.
