We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Officer to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the monthly payroll for Dublin employees, as well as quarterly payrolls for directors. This role will also involve working closely with external payroll providers, Group payroll teams, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage monthly Dublin employee payrolls and quarterly Dublin director payrolls
* Work closely with external payroll providers, Group payroll teams, and finance teams
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll-related data
* Administer Dublin benefits and insurance schemes
* Manage all reporting requirements, administration, and payments for Dublin HR
* Support Dublin HR on HR systems and process upkeep and reporting, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements
* Coordinate delivery of Dublin staff engagement events and support Dublin HRBP as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in Ireland
* Strong technical knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and best practices in Ireland
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
