Senior Investment Operations Specialist
The role entails ensuring the precision, timeliness, and completeness of regulatory filings and reporting obligations.
* Owning key processes and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
* Delivering business-as-usual (BAU) and regulatory projects.
* Leading regulatory change and process enhancement projects.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing service providers.
* Collaborating with Legal and Compliance departments.
* Addressing new regulatory impacts.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in Asset Management or investment operations.
* Strong Fund Accounting background.
* Proficiency with data tools (Excel, SQL or similar).
* Experience in regulatory reporting/compliance desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will take ownership of key processes, drive their work efficiently, and navigate regulations to develop solutions that drive the business forward.
