We're seeking two
Support, Finance
professionals to join a dynamic and impactful organisation responsible for supporting tourism and economic development in Ireland. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a busy finance function covering
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Grant Payments, Payroll and Budgeting,
while working in a hybrid and flexible environment.
As a
Support, Finance
team member, you'll play a vital role in processing high-volume financial transactions and ensuring accuracy across a wide range of finance activities. If you're detail-focused, organised, and ready to hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Support the finance team across core areas including grant payments, payroll, and budgeting
* Process and verify supplier invoices, employee expenses, and VAT returns
* Issue customer invoices, manage debtor reports, and reconcile payments
* Assist with budget monitoring, reporting, and allocations
* Support accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance role
* Level 6 (QQI) qualification in finance, payroll, or business discipline
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
IATI or part-qualified accountant, IPASS qualification (or in progress), experience with online Revenue/Banking systems, and knowledge of public sector finance practices.
What We Offer

role is offered on a
temporary specified-purpose contract (3-6 months)
with an immediate start. Salary is
€42,145 per annum (pro-rata)
with
23 days annual leave
(pro-rata) and a
35-hour work week
.
