The Opportunity:Customer Service Associate Avantor provides a broad variety of mission-critical products and services for major pharmaceutical customers and works collaboratively with our clients to provide resource and deliver core scientific activities.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service associate to join our business in Ireland.The successful candidate will be the driving force behind delivering excellent customer service and internal account management to our key customersWorking hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 and 08:30-17:00 Hybrid 2 days per week in the officeKEY TASKS –MAJOR JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProcessing orders, managing deliveries (including creating, viewing, displaying and listing sales orders, order confirmations) for various customersResponsible for internal account management for our key customers Offer one-time resolution on queries to customersEnsure customers receive all necessary regulatory certificationAdvising customers of delivery dates and status of ordersCapable of resolving complex customer issues such as pricing and margin blocksEffectively handles customer complaints and reaches timely resolutionWorks alongside finance in resolving invoice queries for customersCo-ordinate with Finance re pricing, account set up and chargesUpdating and validating all relevant customer information on our CRMMonitors open orders, blanket order, forecasts and virtual stock for customersSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCELeaving Certificate (or equivalent)Experience in Customer Relationship role, displaying excellent customer focusThe desire to provide consistently high levels of customer service, feeling comfortable with autonomously handling complex queries and questionsDemonstrable experience building strong relationships with key customer contacts & key internal stakeholdersAbility to work to tight deadlines in line with KPI'sIT Literate, example with MS Office applicationsPrevious SAP knowledge a distinct advantagePrior experience within the Life Sciences industry a distinct advantage (but not essential)Excellent time management & telephone etiquette capabilitiesHighly professional written and verbal communication skillsProactive –can work with minimal supervisionComfortable with a fast paced and dynamic working environmentA proven team playeyOFFERAttractive salary in line with your qualifications.Working in a dynamic environmentAnnual performance bonus25 days annual leaveEducational assistance & supportCompany pension plan (with 5% employer contribution)Employee assistance program for employees and family membersGive your career a new swing and discover the professional possibilities within Avantor in IrelandDisclaimer:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
