Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Vehicle Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth across fleet, corporate, and institutional customers. The role requires strong B2B sales expertise, deep knowledge of commercial vehicles, and the ability to manage long-term client relationships while achieving aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell commercial vehicles (van, 4x4, truck, and special-purpose vehicles)
Identify and develop new fleet, corporate, logistics, government, and SME customers
Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits for fleet clients
Prepare quotations and contract proposals
Negotiate pricing, financing, leasing, and service agreements
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and fleet managers
Coordinate with finance, insurance, body-building, and after-sales/service teams
Achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
Ensure accurate CRM updates and sales reporting
Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle or B2B automotive sales
Fleet and key account management experience
B2B sales strategy and contract negotiation
Financial and leasing solution knowledge
Market intelligence and competitor analysis including a strong understanding of commercial vehicle specifications, applications, and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
Customer-focused problem solving
Time management and sales forecasting
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and manage key accounts
Valid driving license
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
