Sales Development Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in Charleville. This is a key position responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across our range of building materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets within the Limerick region.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, contractors, developers, and other trade customers.
* Manage existing customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and loyalty.
* Work closely with branch and commercial teams to coordinate pricing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
* Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales or business development within the building materials, construction supply, or related trade sector.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Fully qualified and licensed to drive a company vehicle.
