Design Manager Dublin €80-90kINFORM3 is recruiting for a Design Manager for an established and well-known Contractor based in Dublin. Our client offers a professional and honest approach to construction and has delivered schemes across multiple sectors. and due to new work being won they are expanding their design management capability.ResponsibilitiesTaking full responsibility for the design coordination of projects developing the designs, producing workshop drawings, and managing the coordination between departmentsEnsuring technical excellence across projects and opportunities from pre-project through to detailed deliveryProviding a focus for, and leading, the pre-construction phase design processes, liaising with the client and design teamAuditing the designs and identifying inconsistencies, discrepancies and missing information as well as recording, reporting and trackingManaging the production and control of the design programme and reporting against itReviewing the development of designs regularly alongside the stakeholders to ensure projects are alignedManaging the production and approval of samples, mock-ups and quality benchmarksRequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience performing in a similar role within the construction sectorDegree Certification in a relevant subject highly desirableKnowledgeable in current building regulations and H&S legislationA passion for design, a commitment to excellence and a focus on continuous improvement on both a personal and divisional levelA high level of attention to detail and the ability to stay focusedExcellent organisational skills able to prioritise your own work, deliver on time and delegate effectivelyFor any more information on the role please contact Steve on 01 531 4886.INFORM3 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
