Job Overview
Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Practitioner to join our residential team. This role provides an opportunity to work with vulnerable adults, promoting their wellbeing and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support service users in all aspects of daily living, including personal care, community access, emotional wellbeing and behavioural support.
* Act as a Key Worker, planning, reviewing and delivering tailored supports to meet individual needs.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and healthcare professionals to promote a culture of respect, rights and choice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Level 7 degree or higher in Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
* Minimum one year's experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding protocols and HIQA standards.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
