Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and internal systems
2. Support finance operations, including billing, queries, reconciliations, and data processing
3. Accurately maintain and update financial records
4. Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
5. Collaborate with colleagues across the finance team and other departments
6. Produce reports and analyse data using Excel (including formulas, lookups, and data manipulation)
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
About You:
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
8. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
9. Excellent teamwork and communication skills
10. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
11. Proven customer service experience, ideally in a finance or administrative environment
12. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
13. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised with strong interpersonal skills and have 2 years' experience in a similar role. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
