Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Share Plans Administrator to maintain and update employee share plan records, administer a range of employee share plans, and accurately process transactions related to grants, vesting, exercises, and releases.
As Share Plans Administrator, you will be responsible for managing share plan timelines, including key dates for grants, expiries, and reporting. You will also respond to employee queries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years experience in share plan administration.
* Experience using platforms such as EquatePlus, Equiniti, Global Shares or similar.
* Strong understanding of employee equity plans (e.g. APSS, share options).
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
