You shall be responsible for but not limited to -
Assist to manage and direct all service operations throughout Crave Restaurant.
This includes Dinner, Private Function, Take Away Service and Outside Catering
Motivate and develop the Front of House Team and assure a seamless communication and cooperation through the operation between all Food & Beverage departments
The hygienic and quality service of food and beverage prepared in the kitchen, bar or any other dispensing area in Crave Restaurant
Supervise the service and preparation of drinks including hot beverage and all food served by the floor staff
To ensure that all menus in all listed areas and times are correct
