Job Description
Deliver and coordinate training programs for new hires, food safety, manual handling, and compliance areas in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Design and implement in-house training initiatives for standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Collaborate with supervisors and managers to identify training needs, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
Organize external training sessions (First Aid, Forklift, Reach Truck, etc.) and ensure renewals are kept up to date.
Prepare for factory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs.
