Regional Operations Director
The Regional Operations Director is a senior hospitality leadership position overseeing the operational excellence, commercial performance, and strategic development of a cluster of lifestyle properties within Ireland.
This high-impact role requires a visionary leader capable of balancing creativity with strong operational structure. The successful candidate will hold responsibility for the day-to-day and strategic operations across 5+ hotels within the Irish region, driving financial performance, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
* Oversee the operational planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews for the regional portfolio.
* Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and department heads to ensure brand standards are maintained and a culture of creativity, community, and guest-centric service is championed.
* Support hotel openings, refurbishments, and brand initiatives as the portfolio expands, strengthening relationships with ownership, local partners, and key stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements throughout the region.
