Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to work in a stable role, in a growing company under the guidance of a supportive Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing the following duties: Record and update stock dataManage stock and health certificatesUpdating pricing and stock movementsPrepare pick lists for production and containersArrange transport for deliveries and collectionsHandle purchase ledger, invoices, and paymentsProcess month-end journals and wage rechargesAnswer phones and provide general admin support Criteria: Previous experience in administration and accountsStrong attention to detailConfident with data entry and computer systemsOrganised and able to manage multiple tasksExcellent communication skillsSage experience is desirable but not essential Benefits Stable role in a growing company£32,000 per annum starting salaryFull-time permanent roleMonday- Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pmHalf day FridaysCompany pension after qualifying periodHealth Cash Plan If you would like to be considered for this position, then please apply via the link provided.
