**Job Title:** Compliance Manager
We are seeking a strategic compliance professional to join our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team within Group Procurement.
This is a high impact role for an experienced risk manager who wants to operate at the intersection of regulation, ESG, operational resilience and strategic supplier management.
As regulatory expectations continue to evolve across Ireland, the UK and the EU, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our third party ecosystem is compliant, resilient, ethical and sustainable. You will have meaningful exposure to senior leadership, the opportunity to influence enterprise wide frameworks, and a clear pathway to broader leadership roles within Procurement, Risk or Sustainability.
In this role you will:
1. Lead the development and enhancement of TPRM policies guidelines technical standards policy statements procedures so they meet regulatory requirements while supporting long term sustainability responsible sourcing ambitions
2. Evaluate complex regulatory data translate it into actionable business solutions helping drive enterprise-wide risk outcomes
3. Maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders including Procurement Legal Finance IT Governance Business Partners providing expert advice on critical compliance issues
