Objective:
To identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities for your performance marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Gen, SaaS Signups, etc.), while also building strategic partnerships and ensuring consistent growth in client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients across industries (SaaS, eComm, healthcare, real estate, etc.).
Generate outbound leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, and networking.
2. Sales Funnel Management:
Nurture leads through discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
3. Client Pitches & Proposals:
Collaborate with your media buying and creative teams to create proposals.
Present tailored solutions showing clear ROI based on their industry.
4. Partnership Development:
Explore affiliate or referral partnerships with complementary service providers.
5. Market Research:
Stay updated with digital trends, competitor services, and pricing strategies.
6. Revenue Tracking:
Set and track monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback to optimize service offerings based on client conversations.
Required Skills:
* Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho
* Ability to write compelling cold emails and proposals
* Confidence in presenting to business owners, especially in the Indian market
Preferred Experience:
* 1–3 years in sales, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or lead generation
* Understanding of industries you serve (e.g., healthcare, SaaS, real estate)
KPIs to Measure Success:
* Number of qualified leads generated per month
* Conversion rate from lead to paying client
* Revenue growth from new clients
* Number of successful upsells or cross-sells
