We are seeking to hire a Private Credit Analyst to join a high performing European direct lending platform.The ideal candidate will have1–2 years' experiencein leveraged finance, corporate finance or private markets with relevantinternship experiencecompleted during undergraduate or postgraduate studies.This role offershands-on exposure to credit analysis, deal execution, and portfolio management, with regular interaction with senior investment professionals and the Investment Committee.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport due diligence, investment committee materials, and deal execution.Analyse financial statements and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting.Build, maintain, and review financial models.Conduct industry and company research, including risk and return analysis.Attend meetings with management teams of prospective and portfolio companies.Monitor portfolio company performance on an ongoing basis.Assist with additional corporate, marketing, and administrative tasks as required.Key Requirements:Strong academic background; interest in pursuing professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, ACA)Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess key risks and investment driversClear communicator with strong initiative and commercial judgementCollaborative mindset suited to a small team environmentPositive, flexible, and proactive attitudeProficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
