Our client is a tech firm who are based at the forefront of the industry in Ireland. They are currently seeking to add a commercially-minded Deal Desk Analyst to their commercial team on the back of ongoing expansion.

* Proven track record of consistently hitting academic milestones in a timely manner.

Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Commercial Deals Lead and will involve:
* Take the lead in the formation of deals.
* Executing deals adhering to tight deadlines.
* Seeking to maximize value for the business – optimizing profitability, revenue and market share.
* Looking to minimize the sales cycle time.
* Understanding key deal economic drivers and negotiation levers.
* Drafting and reviewing commercial proposals and contracts.
* Reviewing and assisting in the negotiation of agreements and deals.
* Carrying out analysis of contractual terms in respect of internal and external queries.
* Understanding deal concessions and how they can impact contracts.
* Completion of due diligence work.
* Dealing directly and indirectly with customers and senior company management.
* Regularly presenting detailed analysis and commercial status to senior management.
* Assisting with the management & analysis of large volume of contracts with global customers.
