Compensation Pay Range
$16.66 - $23.00
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include bonuses or premiums based on specific circumstances, schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
Job Responsibilities
1. Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers.
2. Support store management in various tasks.
3. Promote all company customer service programs.
4. Greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise.
5. Assist professional customers and complete relevant training.
6. Handle customer calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
7. Maintain cash drawer, process transactions, and handle returns and complaints.
8. Assist with store operations like stocking, planogram updates, and freight receival.
9. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and vehicle diagnostics where permitted.
10. Occasionally drive delivery vehicle if needed.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
* Ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask effectively.
Desired:
* Knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
* ASE certification.
* Multilingual skills, especially Spanish.
