Job Description
You will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle management of utility upgrades focusing on key mechanical systems. This includes Central Utilities Building Upgrades, Chilled Water Systems and Cooling Towers, Low Pressure Hot Water (LPHW) Infrastructure, and Oversight of mechanical piping, electrical, and automation aspects.
Core Project Focus:
* Central Utilities Building Upgrades
* Chilled Water Systems and Cooling Towers
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end project management, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
* Robust project controls, including detailed reporting, budget tracking, and forecasting.
* Managing multi-disciplinary teams and vendors (mechanical, electrical, and automation).
* Ensuring project delivery is on time and within scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in engineering capital investment projects.
* 5+ years in a dedicated Project Manager role.
* Demonstrable experience with chilled water systems and/or heat pump projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of utility mechanical systems (e.g., chilled water, steam, cooling towers, boilers).
* Expertise in traditional project controls, including reporting, budgeting, and scheduling.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Pharma/GxP experience (beneficial, but not essential).
* PMP certification or a similar recognised Project Management credential.
