**Job Title:** Sales Operations Analyst

**Description:** We are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our sales data.

In this role, you will be responsible for calculating, validating, and processing monthly and quarterly sales commissions in collaboration with our Senior Analyst. You will also interpret and apply complex commission plans to individual rep deals and performance metrics.

Another key aspect of this role is auditing and validating sales opportunities in our CRM system for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policy. You will help design and implement scalable processes for deal review and approval, identify inconsistencies, and partner with Sales and Finance to proactively resolve them.

You will also assist in managing and tracking sales and marketing expenses, ensuring correct categorization and budget alignment. Additionally, you will provide reporting and analysis on expense trends, anomalies, and ROI insights.

We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic and evolving processes. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, finance, compensation, or business analytics, and proficiency with CRM systems, Power BI, and Excel.
