A fit-out contractor company seeks an experienced fit-out site manager to oversee site operations and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site Operations & Management: Managing the day-to-day site activities from inception to completion, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely deliveries.
* Stakeholder Communication: Liaising effectively with clients, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and other project stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project progress.
* Problem-Solving: Identifying potential issues or technical difficulties early and developing effective solutions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
* 5 years' experience in a site management role with a main or fit-out contractor, preferably in commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects.
* A trade qualification, such as carpentry or joinery, is often desirable.
