Suzanne House provides specialised individual respite care for children with life limiting conditions in a small homelike environment. Suzanne House is inviting applications for a CNM2 for permanent full-time position.

Permanent Full Time Supernumerary Post (Mon to Friday)

Suitably qualified candidates must have a recognised qualification as follows:
* Children's Nursing Qualification and or RNID with experience in Children's Nursing
* Recognised Management Qualification
The successful candidate must be:
* On current register as maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland and preferably possess the RNID qualification
* Have at least 5 years post registration experience of which 2 must be in the area of Intellectual Disability
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory/leader role in health/social care,
* Strong clinical, managerial, and administrative skills evident in previous roles
* Ability to demonstrate that a management module has formed part of qualifications/studies in order to be PIC of the designated centre
* A commitment to supporting residents to live fulfilled lives in their community.
* Able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and work effectively with a range of disciplines/professions.
* Demonstrate evidence of continued commitment to professional development
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of relevant Health Act Regulations, HIQA standards and all other relevant legislation.
* Full clean manual driving license and access to own vehicle
* Take on the shifts as per the On call roster
