The successful candidate will join the senior leadership team and be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources operations and strategic delivery across the diverse business units. This includes designing, delivering, and implementing HR strategies and projects, leading and mentoring HR teams, taking ownership of employment relations and industrial relations issues, overseeing compensation and benefits packages, recruitment, and training programs.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a 3rd level degree in HR, business studies, or a relevant discipline. They should also possess 4-5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally gained in an HR leadership position. Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications, are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead teams and deliver on HR projects and initiatives.
