Eligibility to participate is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more, or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department. To register your interest you can contact an Employment Personal Advisor (EPA) in your local Intreo Centre.
Duties
* This is a developmental opportunity; no experience is necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
* Assisting with the organisation of the Friends of Garter Lane scheme.
* Marketing of the Friends scheme.
* Updating the database using Excel.
* Writing to Friends when their membership lapses.
* Using a computerised box office system to identify potential new Friends of Garter Lane.
* Organising all correspondence for Friends.
* Helping with coordination of Friends of Garter Lane evenings.
* Advising Friends of special offers.
* Ability to work as part of a team or under own initiatives is required.
* Represent Garter Lane Arts Centre in a professional manner at all times.
* Supporting other aspects of the Garter Lane programme where needed.

* Training on Ticket Solve, emails, administration, regular meetings, reviews and updates to ensure you gain the experience necessary to succeed and grow in this position. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
