Design Build Search is seeking a Fit Out Project Manager to join our clients dynamic and expanding team in North Dublin.
Our client is an expert in delivering projects across Ireland, the UK, and Northern Europe. With a strong track record in mission-critical sectors such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, Advanced Manufacturing, and Logistics, they're known for delivering complex builds to the highest industry standards.
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of high-value construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and to the client’s expectations. You'll coordinate teams on-site, manage subcontractors, and liaise closely with design teams and client stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-construction through handover
* Lead on-site delivery teams, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, and quality goals
* Oversee procurement, scheduling, and risk management activities
* Maintain compliance with HSEQ standards and regulations
* Foster a collaborative and proactive relationship with clients and consultants
* Report regularly on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership
The Ideal Candidate
* Has several years of experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects
* Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
* Holds a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or construction
* Works well under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture
