About the Role
* This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, governance expertise, and strong communication skills.
* You will be responsible for overseeing financial matters, ensuring compliance and accountability, and providing support to the Chief Executive Officer and Directors of Services.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization.
2. Oversee financial planning and management, including budgeting and reporting.
3. Ensure effective governance, risk management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Support the Chief Executive Officer and Directors of Services in achieving the organization's objectives.

Time Commitment
The time commitment for this role is approximately 12-14 hours per month, which includes:
* Attending monthly meetings (usually on the 3rd Thursday of the month).
* Participating in two Board Development days on Saturday mornings (one in spring and another in autumn).
