Project Manager - Fitout Professional
About Us
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work across multiple small fitout projects, overseeing the full construction lifecycle.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard. This includes managing client expectations, programming works, tracking progress, and monitoring subcontractor performance.
* Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols on site and maintain high standards of safety.
* Contract Management: Understand and familiarize yourself with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
* Client Management: Manage client expectations and ensure their requirements are met.
* Programming and Progress: Program works, maintain schedules, and track progress.
* Subcontractor Management: Monitor subcontractor performance regarding health and safety, quality, cost, and programme.
Key Skills & Qualifications
A successful candidate will possess:
* Degree in Construction Management or related field.
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
* Strong leadership skills to motivate and direct.
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to build productive working relationships.
* Strong attention to detail and technical knowledge of construction methodology, building processes, and details.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet challenging work goals.
