We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Quality Control (QC) Microbiology Laboratory in South Dublin. This role will be responsible for overseeing QC Microbiology Identification testing and Clean Utility Monitoring, as well as providing support testing to the Environmental Monitoring and Product Testing groups.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of quality control analysts and provide guidance on laboratory procedures.
* Develop and implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with cGLP guidelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve testing issues and improve laboratory efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records and reports of laboratory activities.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in microbiology, including people management experience.
* Strong knowledge of cGLP guidelines and laboratory procedures.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
