Job Description The Person in Charge (PIC) plays a pivotal role in the overall management of the Service, ensuring that residents receive the highest standards of care and support.
This involves overseeing staff operations, managing resources effectively, and implementing policies and procedures to guarantee exceptional quality person-centered care.
The PIC will be responsible for coordinating appointments with multidisciplinary teams, conducting regular reviews of care plans, and maintaining accurate records.
They will also promote a high-quality life for residents through health promotion activities, risk assessments, and supporting choice and control.
