Financial Operations Coordinator
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial functions within an organisation.
* Weekly valuation and reconciliation of inventories
* Petty cash management and control
* Monthly analysis of purchase price variances
* VAT returns and compliance
* Internal stock audits to ensure accuracy
* Maintenance of the fixed asset register for organisational assets
* Support with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) of sales invoices
* Assistance with creditors ledger management
* Providing regular and ad-hoc analysis to inform business decision-making
The successful candidate will possess prior experience in a similar role, have strong Excel skills, and be able to demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective organisational skills.
