Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime of utilities plant and equipment within the contract scope.
The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of various systems including Building Fabric, Drainage, Refrigeration, Clean Rooms, Fire suppression systems; HVAC; Building Management Systems (BMS).
A degree in Engineering or equivalent is required, with a minimum of three years postgraduate experience.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the contract team, client engineering, equipment vendors, and service providers.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the contract team and client to review maintenance programmes and effect changes to methods and procedures where necessary.
* Drive reliability engineering and reliability centred maintenance (RCM).
* Ensure that all preventative maintenance plans are completed on schedule, within budget, and in a safe and satisfactory manner.
* Identify opportunities for cost and energy savings through analysis of CMMS systems PMs-frequencies and methods of work innovative technology.

Skill Requirements
* Engineering degree or equivalent.
* Mechanical/electrical/civil structural architectural knowledge.
* Three to ten years postgraduate experience.
* CMMS (EAMS system) experience.
* Maintenance and troubleshooting experience of Building Fabric, Drainage, Refrigeration, Clean Rooms, Fire suppression systems; HVAC; Building Management Systems (BMS).
