Our client provides training, employment, social and residential programmes for over 750 children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
We are accepting CVs from newly graduated and experienced Social Care Workers who wish to build or develop their career further with this reputable service. A successful candidate will work within the residential service for adults and will ensure service user’s long and short term goals are being met through day-to-day engagement, keyworking and person-centred approach.
Responsibilities
To be eligible for this role you must:
* Have a qualification at a minimum of Level 7 in Social Care or relevant or have CORU registration
* Have a full clean manual driving license.
* Have access to own transport and be willing to drive company cars.
* Be passionate about delivering high quality service to service users and supporting them in achieving their goals through keyworking and person-centred approach.
