The ASI is currently recruiting a Care Worker for our Day Centre service in Kilrush, Co. Clare who will report to the Day Centre Manager.
This is a permanent contract working 7 hours per week.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing person centred care to people with dementia in the Day Centre. You will need good communication and organizational skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
To be successful in this position it is essential you possess previous experience of undertaking social and cognitive stimulation activates with people with dementia, older people or people with intellectual disabilities.
Candidates in this area must have a full clean driving license and access to a car to be considered for this role. A FETAC level 5 is desirable. Confidence in using IT/Email is also desirable.
We are offering a competitive salary commensurate with the care sector, and dependent on relevant experience.
