About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our in-house team at Partel’s Galway office. This is a hands-on, entry-level role ideal for:
· A student or graduate looking to gain real-world experience in marketing
· OR someone with strong administrative skills who is eager to transition into a marketing role
You’ll support our busy marketing team with content coordination, internal organisation, and file management tasks — while building foundational experience in a growing company focused on innovation and sustainability.
This role offers clear opportunities for career development within the marketing department, with potential for growth into content creation, campaign coordination, digital strategy, or design support depending on your interests and strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with organising, renaming, tagging, and uploading digital files into the Acquia Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
· Help maintain well-structured folders for product imagery, brochures, case studies, and technical documentation
· Provide general administrative support across the marketing department (tracking tasks, updating internal logs, etc.)
· Liaise with the team to gather missing files or content from past and ongoing campaigns
· Assist in preparing content for internal use and for distributor portals
· Occasionally support preparations for webinars, CPDs, and external events
What We're Looking For:
· A current student, graduate, or experienced admin professional looking to work in a dynamic marketing team
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Confident with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
· Willingness to learn digital tools (DAM experience is a plus, but full training will be provided)
· Positive, proactive team player who enjoys structure and process
· Interest in building a longer-term career in marketing
· Must be based in Galway and available to work on-site at Partel
